Payment Policy and Updates
Notice: Credit Card Processing Fee Update 07-30-2025
Dear Valued Customers,
As part of our ongoing efforts to manage rising operating costs, we want to inform you of an important update to our payment policy.
Effective immediately, a credit card processing fee will be applied to all purchases made using a credit card. This fee reflects the actual costs incurred through our payment processor and allows us to continue offering the quality products, pricing and service you expect from us.
We encourage clients who wish to avoid this fee to consider alternative payment methods, such as bank transfers or e-transfers, where available.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we navigate increasing cost pressures across our industry. Should you have any questions or wish to discuss payment options, please don’t hesitate to contact our team directly.

Return Policy
To our many valued customers:
Due to the nature of our clearance, closeout and specially priced offers, all sales are final!
No refunds are issued. Returns are only authorized under the following conditions: product damages or shortage only!
Damages or shortages must be reported within 72 hours, and full detail must be provided for the specific item/ size/ colour/ or case.
Photos may be required on damaged product. (return may be required - to be confirmed)
Shipping costs for any product authorized for return due to damage is at the expense of the customer. (exceptions may apply)
Credits will not be issued without return of damaged goods. (subject to receipt and inspection of the damaged goods being claimed - exceptions
may apply)
When an issue with your order arises, email dorscoh.marketing@gmail.com, indicating the issue. Include the following detail: order number, order
date, item number, quantity, colour and size. Include photos if appropriate. We will contact you shortly thereafter to advise how to proceed. Credit,
if approved, will be applied to future orders only.

Samples
There are occasions where a sample may be required. Due to the number of varying suppliers that DORSCOH Marketing & Consulting Ltd. works with, a sample may not always be available, however we will do our best to accommodate the needs and requests of our clients!
Should a sample be required, please note the following:
- Not all suppliers will provide or have samples available!
- Where a sample is available, some suppliers will charge for the sample - that cost will be
invoiced to the client.
- Please let us know the style number, quantity, desired size and if necessary, the colour.
- We will work with the supplier to fulfill your sample request and advise if the suppplier
is charging for the sample. If this is the case and confirmed, we will issue the invoice for
the sample.
- Shipping cost for the sample is the cost of the customer. We can have the sample sent and
invoice for the cost of the sample(s) or we can provide the detail for you to supply a courier/
pickup label for the sample(s) you are requesting.
- Samples are not returnable.
